Dewan Talent Bridge emerged from lived experience at the grassroots level. Through the Garul & Chandrawati Dewan Foundation, we have spent years working directly with underserved communities in Darjeeling — providing free computer literacy programmes and digital education to individuals who otherwise had limited access to technology. We saw firsthand how exposure to digital tools builds confidence, expands perspective, and opens new possibilities. But we also saw something deeper.
Many of the individuals we worked with were not just seeking skills — they were seeking financial stability, dignity, and long-term opportunity. They were willing to work hard.
